The most delicious cold and flu remedy

For each serving:

in one very large mug, add:

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 thumb-sized chunk of fresh ginger, grated
  • pour hot water over the garlic and ginger
  • stir in some instant vegetable broth powder
  • stir in 1 TB miso
  • add a pinch of cayenne pepper

Drink, then go to bed.
