Quick Vegan Buttercream Frosting
Using Goodbaker Chocolate Frosting & Fudge Mix
Easy, quick, vegan and delicious.
Prepare mix according to package directions, then whip in 1/2 cup of margarine or shortening, using a hand or stand mixer. This frosting will behave just like a bakery-style buttercream frosting. It will be fluffy and workable, very easy to spread and decorate with.
variations:
- add 1/2 teaspoon of flavor extract, like peppermint, coffee, almond, coconut, or to taste.
- add flavored liqueur to taste
