Vegan Chocolate Truffles
Using Goodbaker Chocolate Frosting & Fudge Mix
Easy, quick, vegan and delicious.
To make your own hand-made truffles with our frosting mix, simply prepare according to package directions (add boiling water, stir and allow to cool).
Then, scoop out rounded teaspoon-sized balls, roll and place on wax paper dusted with cocoa powder.
Sprinkle with more cocoa powder and roll around to fully coat. Or roll in chopped nuts or sprinkles.
variations:
- add 1/2 teaspoon of flavor extract along with the boiling water, like peppermint, coffee, almond, coconut, orange or to taste.
- mix in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of peanut butter while the frosting mix is still warm.
- add flavored liqueur to taste along with the boiling water.
