Vegan Banana Pancakes
Using Goodbaker Multigrain Pancake and Waffle Mix
Easy, quick, and delicious vegan waffles and pancakes.
vegan banana pancake recipe:
For a velvety-rich and very tasty banana pancake, follow the package directions, and add one-half of a ripe banana and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for each 1/2 cup of mix . For example, use 2 cups of mix, two mashed ripe bananas, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 14 oz water (1-3/4 cup water), and a dash of oil (optional).
This recipe is too moist to use for waffles.
