> Low-Fat and Non-Fat baking: Our brownie mix is already quite low in fat, but can be made fat-free by substituting 2 tablespoons of applesauce, apple butter or prune puree for the 2 tablespoons of oil called for in the normal recipe. The brownies will be slightly lighter and more cake-like than the normal result.

Ingredients: Organic unrefined cane juice, organic whole-wheat pastry flour, finest natural dutch cocoa powder, organic whole soy flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, non-aluminum baking powder, pure Madagascar vanilla powder, sea salt, xanthan gum.
Contains wheat gluten and soy ingredients. Prepared in a facility that also handles tree nuts, egg and dairy products.

Brownie Instructions: Measure 3/4 cup of water, plus 2 or 3 Tablespoons of oil. Mix with contents of package until batter feels like thick frosting. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread batter in dish. Smooth out the top. For Bake at 350 degrees for 28-32 minutes.
